Order Cancellation Policy

At Brass Trends, we strive to process your orders promptly to ensure timely delivery of our unique brass products. However, we understand that sometimes situations arise where an order may need to be canceled. Below are the terms for canceling an order with us:

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation by contacting our customer service team at support@brasstrends.com with your order details.
  • Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return once the product is delivered, subject to our Return Policy guidelines.

3. Custom or Personalized Orders

  • Custom or personalized products are non-cancellable once the order has been confirmed and processed. Please ensure that all details are correct before finalizing your order.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts or Incorrect Address

  • If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you or if the package is unclaimed or refused, the order will be treated as canceled. Shipping costs and a restocking fee (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will either arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after verification. This does not require cancellation but will follow our Return Policy.

6. Refund Process

  • For all approved cancellations, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us for further assistance.
